Sandra Alphonse

Born and raised in New York, Sandra Alphonse is one of the managing partners at EliteOne Agency. Shortly after making the transition from Brentwood, New York to the Miami area, Sandra befriended Kristina Mahoney (the other half of EliteOne Agency). The two shared many similarities and later embarked on friendship that would much later lead into a joint business venture.

After gaining experience in a variety of sales, communications, and management positions, Sandra decided to enter into the health care field. She gained her degree and license as a Registered Nurse and has in the past worked as an Emergency Room Nurse and later as a Registered Operating Room Nurse. Sandra assisted in the 2010 Haiti Earthquake Relief efforts in February 2010. She volunteered her expertise by assisting with surgical procedures provided to the wounded in Haiti through Our Chance International, Inc. a non-profit 501©3 organization. Sandra has also become a local community humanitarian by assisting in arranging Health Fairs to direct the under privileged to the appropriate medical care facilities and practitioners for both adults and children.

Prior to the creation of EliteOne Agency, Sandra used her longtime love of Photography to start Alphonse Photography. After studying under her mentor, famed Celebrity photographer Johnny Nunez, Sandra became a well-established celebrity event photographer in her own right. Her work has appeared in several magazines and blogs. She has photographed events at Jazz in the Gardens, Think Pink Rocks, and array of high profile parties. Through her experiences and many contacts made over the years, Sandra realized she had a passion for the arts, entertainment industry, and brand management of up and coming artists, as well as businesses.

In her role as Managing partner, Sandra implements Brand Management and Marketing Plans for clients, and supports on-going accounts and project assignments. Sandra is involved in all day to day management of the company, which involves creative thinking with smart business strategy. Even with all these responsibilities, Sandra still continues with her photography and “managing “her role as a mother to her daughter Krystall.
